General Information

These terms and conditions apply to all people who are attending Pups N Yoga puppy yoga classes.
By booking a session, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking channels.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Classes are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking within 24 hours of purchasing are entitled to a full refund or change in date or session. Please email pupsnyoga@gmail.com to amend or cancel your booking.
To enable us to provide the best sessions possible no refunds will be available after 24 hours of booking. If you are unable to make it, however need to the name of the booking to a friend or family please email pupsnyoga@gmail.com
If you are no longer able to attend or have an emergency, covid-19 symptoms or a sudden illness preventing you from attending you are permitted to transfer your ticket to a family or friend, they will have to mention your name on the day. Please email pupsnyoga@gmail.com to inform us of anychanges to your booking.
If Pups N Yoga cancels a class or is unable to run a full class, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins so that we can ensure the puppies are ready, and the class is set up appropriately.
Please wear comfortable active wear or sports attire, you don’t need to bring a yoga mat as we will supply this. All mats are cleaned with animal friendly products!
Please only bring water and avoid bringing any food, to sure our puppies don’t eat anything they shouldn’t be

5. Puppy safety

Puppies are under the care of certified handlers and breeders and are regularly checked for health and safety.
Participants must handle puppies gently and respectfully, please avoid standing or walking around during the session.
An introduction to how to handle the puppies will be given at the beginning of the class to ensure all participants are comfortable with handling the puppies and ensure their safety.
Please do not feed the puppies, we will always have food and water available, and have a quiet space which they can sit and rest.
Please Notify staff immediately if a puppy shows signs of distress or if there is an incident.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions that may affect their participation.
Pups N Yoga is not responsible for allergic reactions or injuries unless caused by negligence on our part.
Participants must not attend if they are unwell or have been in contact with contagious illnesses
In the unlikely event that there are any bites from the puppies or danger please notify a staff member immediately who will attend with first aid equipment and act appropriate manner.
By attending our sessions, you understand that there are risks inherent to participating in the session, including but not limited to injury and physical harm to yourself or others. You will not hold Pups N Yoga or any of its staff liable for any damages that occur from the session

7. Waiver of Liability

By participating, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and agree to assume any risks associated with the practice.
If you have any previous injuries or disabilities, please notify a member of the team who will ensure we can assist in a confidential and professional manner.
Pups N Yoga is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during the class unless caused by our negligence.

9. Code of Conduct

Pups N Yoga reserves the right to remove participants who violate these terms or disrupt the class.
No abusive or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated toward staff, puppies, or other participants.

11. Location of classes

We work with numerous locations around Sydney, and to ensure the safety of the puppies and will send the location details 72 hours before the class, if you have any questions regarding the region of the classes, please send us an email and we will do our best to assist as much as possible.
