Each session is 1 hour. The first 15 minutes is a gentle warm up and flow (don’t worry it is for all levels!). The following 45 minutes is puppy playtime and further yoga. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of time to take photos, sit back and enjoy the experience.

Playtime with people increases their social skills and confidence around people. This is an integral role in their development.

There is a 45-minute break between each session ensuring the puppies have time to rest, drink, eat and sleep. In each session, there is water, food and a dog only area where they can replenish.

All yoga mats and toys are cleaned with a pet friendly cleaning product before, during and after the session.
During the session, if there are any “accidents”, staff on-hand will disinfect immediately to ensure a clean and sanitised environment for yourself and the puppies.
We put sanitary sheets on the ground to ensure accidents are limited.

All yoga mats are provided, so no need to bring one! We use animal friendly products to ensure the safety of our puppies.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow this, to ensure the safety of the puppies.

Each litter size may be different, however expect 8-10 puppies.
All puppies are over 8 weeks old to ensure safety for vaccinations and their health and wellbeing.

Please bring active and comfortable clothing, a water bottle and a phone to take plenty of photos!

Absolutely not! Anyone is welcome to join the session. Our trained yoga instructor will guide you through the class and make sure you’re comfortable.
